Inspect, Review and Monitor. The Commissioning Authority shall inspect, review and monitor all Building Commissioning related construction activities for timeliness, completeness and conformance with the criteria established by the contract documents, and report same to the Contractor, Owner and the Design Professional. The Contractor and Commissioning Authority shall coordinate and supervise the training activities of each system.
