Common use of Injury Pay Clause in Contracts

Injury Pay. A) Employees injured in the course of and arising out of their employment under such circumstances as would cause such injury or disability to be compensable under the Worker's Compensation laws of the State of Ohio will be eligible to participate in the City's Injury Pay Program. The Cost Containment Committee referenced below will select the Program Physician(s) and medical facilities from submitted proposals.
