INJURY ON THE JOB. 21.01 When an employee is injured on the job, he shall be paid for the balance of the normal shift on which he was injured provided he has been sent home or to an outside hospital or outside doctor by a medical officer of the Company or his xxxxxxx because of such injury. If an injured employee requests to see a doctor or go to hospital, such a request may be granted and permission will not be unreasonably withheld.
