Common use of Injury on Duty Leave Clause in Contracts

Injury on Duty Leave. (i) The parties acknowledge that the employees within the Bargaining Units who suffer injury at work or contract an industrial or occupational disease arising out of and in the course of their employment, shall be subject to the provisions of the Workers’ Safety and Insurance Act of Ontario.
