INJURIOUS WORKING CONDITIONS. Xxxxxxx-Xxx lamps or other working ---------------------------- conditions which are injurious to the health and safety of the employees shall be directed to the attention of the Employer at which time the Employer shall immediately investigate the alleged condition, shall meet with representatives of the Union to discuss the alleged condition and shall immediately take the necessary steps and measures to correct such condition if found to be injurious.

INJURIOUS WORKING CONDITIONS. Working conditions which are injurious to the health and safety of the Employees shall be directed to the attention of the Employer at which time the Employer shall immediately investigate the alleged condition and take the necessary steps and measures to correct such condition if found to be injurious. Any problems or concerns regarding health and safety conditions will be reported to the Employer by the Employee or the Union Representative, in writing.
