Common use of Injured on Duty Clause in Contracts

Injured on Duty. An employee receiving compensation benefits under the Workers' Compensation Act for injury on the job shall receive the difference between the total of Workers' Compensation Benefits and all other revenues (i.e., Canada Pension Plan Disability Benefits) and his net take home pay had he continued to work. Such benefit will be limited to the period of time such employee is totally temporarily disabled.
