Common use of Injured on Duty Clause in Contracts

Injured on Duty. 43.01 An employee receiving compensation benefits under the Workers’ Compensation Act for injury on the job is entitled to receive the difference between his/her full salary and the salary benefits paid by the Workmen’s Compensation Board during the period of total temporary disability.
