Common use of INJUNCTIVE RELIEF OR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

INJUNCTIVE RELIEF OR SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE. Each of the parties acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a breach of this agreement, damages alone will be an insufficient remedy. Accordingly, each of the parties further acknowledge that the other party may be entitled to equitable relief, including injunctive relief or specific performance, in the event of any breach, or threatened breach of this agreement, in addition to any and all other remedies available to it at law.
