Initiating Services. All services provided by Column to Customer shall be implemented through individual SOWs. An SOW will become effective upon execution by authorized representatives of both parties unless it has expired before execution by the parties. Any changes to any SOW will require a written change order signed by both parties that describes the changes and any related cost adjustments which shall be in accordance with Appendix C, Pricing Index of DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-4034.

  • Existing Services In the disconnection and sealing of services the Contractor is to comply with the requirements of the Authorities concerned and is to allow in his prices for serving all notices and paying all fees as necessary.
