Initiating and Recommending Appointments. 14.9.1 In assessing staffing needs of the professional librarian component of the Library staff, the University Librarian shall consult with the librarians-in-council, but the final decision in the establishment of librarian positions shall be that of the Vice-President: Academic upon consideration of recommendations of the librarians-in-council and the University Librarian.

  • Acting Appointments If an Employer appoints a Teacher to act in a promotion position for ten or more consecutive school days, the Employer must pay the Teacher the rate prescribed for that position.
