Initial Training Program. After the Franchisee executes a lease for the Franchised Location, the Franchisee or, if the Franchisee is not an individual, the person designated by the Franchisee to assume primary responsibility for the management of the ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store, (“General Manager”) is required to attend and successfully complete the initial training program which is offered by the Franchisor at one of the Franchisor’s designated training facilities. Up to three individuals are eligible to participate in the Franchisor’s initial training program without charge of a tuition or fee. The Franchisee shall be responsible for any and all traveling and living expenses incurred in connection with attendance at the training program. At least one individual must successfully complete the initial training program prior to the Franchisee’s commencement of operation of its ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store.
Initial Training Program. Prior to the opening of the Franchised Business, Franchisee (or, if Franchisee is a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company, a principal of Franchisee acceptable to Franchisor and who owns at least a fifty percent (50%) equity interest in Franchisee) shall attend and complete to Franchisorʹs satisfaction, Franchisor’s initial training program for Fiesta Insurance franchisees, including a review of the sales support guide that Franchisor provides to Franchisee at least one week before Franchisee opens the Franchised Business. Franchisor shall provide such training without charge to one trainee, who may be Franchisee or another supervisorial or managerial person selected by Franchisee. Following the completion of the initial training program, Franchisee shall provide such initial training program to all of Franchiseeʹs employees and independent contractors who have been approved by Franchisor who shall have direct contact with Franchisee’s clients. Franchisee shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with attending the initial training program including, without limitation, the costs of transportation, lodging, meals, and wages. Franchisor shall, in its sole discretion, select the time and location of the initial training program. The initial training program shall not be provided if (i) Franchisee or any affiliate of Franchisee (or an owner of either) owns or operates a Fiesta Insurance Franchised Business as of the Effective Date; or (ii) this Agreement is executed as a Renewal Franchise Agreement.
Initial Training Program. Franchisee (or, if Franchisee is a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company, its managing shareholder, partner, or member ("Managing Owner")) and the person designated by Franchisee to assume primary responsibility for managing the Restaurant ("Designated Manager") must attend and successfully complete the initial training program offered by Franchisor at one of Franchisor's designated training facilities. The Managing Owner must own at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the voting and economic interest of the franchisee entity. Franchisee acknowledges that successful completion of the initial training program will require, among other things, that each attendee be able to demonstrate that he/she can perform basic math and can read, write, and converse in English by passing a basic skills test. The Managing Owner and the Designated Manager (if designated at the time) must take and pass the basic skills test when Franchisee signs this Agreement and receive a passing score. Xxxxxxxxxx agrees that the Designated Manager will be fluent in the English language. Up to three (3) individuals (including the Managing Owner and Designated Manager) are eligible to participate in Franchisor's initial training program without paying any tuition or fee. Franchisor may require Franchisee (or its Managing Owner) and/or the Designated Manager (each a “Trainee”) to pass certain tests prior to attending certain portions of the training program. These tests include the basic skills test, which each Trainee must have passed before he/she begins training (and which the Managing Owner must have taken and passed when Franchisee signed this Agreement). Franchisor may require a Trainee to take these tests at facilities operated by Franchisor and its affiliates or at test facilities operated by independent third parties. Any costs related to taking these tests, including travel, lodging or test administration fees charged by third parties, will be borne by Franchisee. Franchisee shall be responsible for any and all travel and living expenses incurred in connection with attending the training program as well as wages or salaries, if any, of the person(s) receiving training or undergoing testing. Franchisee (or its Managing Owner) and the Designated Manager must successfully complete the initial training program before Franchisee begins operating the Restaurant. Franchisor reserves the right to waive all or a portion of the training program or alter the training schedule....
Initial Training Program. For no additional charge, Licensor agrees to provide an initial training program for all of Distributor’s officers and employees designated by Distributor who will be involved with the marketing, promotion and/or sale of Products. The initial training program shall be provided at Distributor’s headquarters at a mutually convenient time and shall last a minimum of two (2) days. The initial training program shall be designed to educate Distributor’s officers and employees about the features of the Products and related technology. The initial training program shall also address the marketing and promotion of Products as well as any other topics that Licensor deems necessary or appropriate in its commercially reasonable judgment. Distributor is solely responsible for all food, lodging and travel costs that Distributor’s officers and employees incur while attending the initial training program.

The Franchisee or, if the Franchisee is not an individual, the person designated by the Franchisee to assume primary responsibility for the management of the PAK MAIL Center ("Principal Operator"), is required to attend and successfully complete the initial training program which is offered by the Franchisor at one of the Franchisor's designated training facilities. Up to two individuals are eligible to participate in the Franchisor's initial training program without charge of a tuition or fee. The Franchisee shall be responsible for any and all traveling and living expenses incurred in connection with attendance at the training program. At least one individual must successfully complete the initial training program prior to the Franchisee's commencement of operation of its PAK MAIL Center.
Initial Training Program. The Master Licensee agrees that its responsibilities to Franchisees in the Licensed Territory include the provision of an initial ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY training program for each Franchisee, to be conducted at the Master Office, for at least two individuals representing each ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Franchisee.
Initial Training Program. We will provide you and one (1) of your employees (i.e., two natural persons), with an Initial Training Program designed to inform the participants as to the fundamentals of operating the Franchised Business, prior to your opening of the Franchised Business. All personnel attending the Initial Training Program must have a demonstrable relationship to the management and operation of the Franchised Business. The Initial Training Program and all requisite materials will be provided for you and one (1) of your employees for no additional fee. If you will employ an on-Site supervisor, that individual must complete the Initial Training Program, and must read and write English fluently. If you desire to have more than two (2) people attend the Initial Training Program, you must pay an additional Training Fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each such person. You will be responsible for your transportation costs, food, lodging and other personal expenses and those of your employees in connection with the Initial Training Program. The Initial Training Program will generally last about nine (9) days, and will be conducted in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area, and/or at such other location as we may designate at our sole discretion. You acknowledge that adequate knowledge regarding the operation of the Franchised Business is essential to the success of your franchise and to the promotion of the System. You shall have an option to obtain additional training and promotional services at $300 per person per day of additional training. Based upon your prior experience in the food service industry and subject to our approval, you may waive all or a portion of the Initial Training Program. 4.2

Up to three individuals are eligible to participate in the Franchisor’s initial training program without charge of a tuition or fee. The Franchisee shall be responsible for any and all traveling and living expenses incurred in connection with attendance at the training program. At least one individual must successfully complete the initial training program prior to the Franchisee’s commencement of operation of its «FRANCHISOR’S XXXX» Store.
Initial Training Program. We will conduct an initial training program for the General Manager and at least 3 additional employees, as well as other training programs in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.4.
Initial Training Program. CLF will provide, and You and 1 manager will complete to the satisfaction of CLF, its mandatory training program. The training will be conducted at the corporate facility of CLF in Providence, Rhode Island or at such other location designated by CLF. After You have completed the training, CLF will certify You to own and operate Your franchised restaurant. You acknowledge that even if You hire one or more managers, they must complete to the sole satisfaction of CLF the initial training program. It is the intent of the parties, however, that You will manage the Business on a full-time basis. There will be no training fee for the first two persons who attend training. You will be required, however, to pay $1,000.00 for each additional person who is trained by CLF. You will be responsible for all expenses incurred by You and Your employees while attending training, including salaries, travel, lodging and meals.
