Initial Servicer. The servicing, administering and collection of the Collateral shall be conducted by the Person designated as the Servicer hereunder from time to time in accordance with this Section 6.1. Until the Administrative Agent gives to the Originator a Servicer Termination Notice, the Originator is hereby designated as, and hereby agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities of, the Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof.
Initial Servicer. The Borrower, each Lender Agent and the Administrative Agent hereby appoint BDCA, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as Servicer, with the authority to manage, service, administer and exercise rights and remedies, on behalf of the Borrower, in respect of the Collateral Portfolio. Until the Administrative Agent gives BDCA a Servicer Termination Notice, BDCA hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof. The Servicer and the Borrower hereby acknowledge that the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties are third party beneficiaries of the obligations undertaken by the Servicer hereunder.

The Borrower, each Lender, the Hedge Counterparty and the Agent hereby appoint Ares, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as Servicer, with the authority to service, administer and exercise rights and remedies, on behalf of the Borrower, in respect of the Collateral Portfolio. Until the Agent gives Ares a Servicer Termination Notice, Ares hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof. The Servicer and the Borrower hereby acknowledge that the Agent and the Secured Parties are third party beneficiaries of the obligations undertaken by the Servicer hereunder.

The Borrower, each Lender Agent and the Administrative Agent hereby appoint Solar Senior Capital, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as Servicer, with the authority to service, administer and exercise rights and remedies, on behalf of the Borrower, in respect of the Collateral Portfolio. Solar Senior Capital hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof until such time as it receives a Servicer Termination Notice from the Administrative Agent. The Servicer and the Borrower hereby acknowledge that the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties are third party beneficiaries of the obligations undertaken by the Servicer hereunder.

The Borrower hereby appoints Blackstone/GSO Secured Lending Fund, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as Servicer, with the authority to service, administer and exercise rights and remedies, on behalf of the Borrower, in respect of the Collateral. Blackstone/GSO Secured Lending Fund hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof. The Servicer and the Borrower hereby acknowledge that the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties are third party beneficiaries of the obligations undertaken by the Servicer hereunder.

Each Loan Party hereby appoints Gxxxx Capital BDC, Inc., pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as Servicer, with the authority to service, administer and exercise rights and remedies, on behalf of each Loan Party, in respect of the Collateral. Until the Administrative Agent gives Gxxxx Capital BDC, Inc. a Servicer Removal Notice, Gxxxx Capital BDC, Inc. hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof. The Servicer and the Borrower hereby acknowledge that the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties are third party beneficiaries of the obligations undertaken by the Servicer hereunder.

The Borrower, each Lender and the Administrative Agent hereby appoint CCT, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as Servicer, with the authority to service, administer and exercise rights and remedies, on behalf of the Borrower, in respect of the Collateral Portfolio. Until the Administrative Agent gives CCT a Servicer Termination Notice pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or the consummation of a Permitted BDC Merger, CCT hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities of the Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof. The Servicer and the Borrower hereby acknowledge that the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties are third party beneficiaries of the obligations undertaken by the Servicer hereunder.
