For purpose of this agreement, relatives or “kin” residing out-of-state in Xxxxxxxxxx County, Tennessee, or Christian, Trigg, or Xxxx Counties, Kentucky, may be considered for temporary safety placement of a child, without the child being placed in the state xxxxxx care system in Tennessee or Kentucky.
