INITIAL PROVISIONING. The period up to and expiring on the ninetieth (90th) day after delivery of the last Aircraft subject to firm order under the Agreement will hereinafter be referred to as the Initial Provisioning Period.
INITIAL PROVISIONING. The period up to and including the ** after delivery of the last Aircraft will hereinafter be referred to as the Initial Provisioning Period.
INITIAL PROVISIONING. The objective of the IPL is to provide Buyer with accurate technical data supplied by Embraer, in order to enable an adequate selection of spares, aiming to support initial scheduled maintenance, based upon operational parameters established by Chautauqua.

INITIAL PROVISIONING. The provisioning period referred to in this Appendix shall be the period ending on the [CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] after the firm order delivery of the last Aircraft contemplated by this Agreement.
INITIAL PROVISIONING. 3.3.1 To assist Midway's Initial Provisioning, IAE shall supply Midway with Initial Provisioning Data in accordance with ATA Specification 200, subject to Clause 3.2 above.
