Initial Processing. Any grievance based upon the action of an authority higher than the principal shall be initiated directly with the Office of Employee Engagement whose decision thereon shall be rendered within fifteen school days. The grievance must specify the complaint(s) and/or violation(s) alleged, a brief statement of facts suf- ficient to allow a response and any documentation which may expedite the resolution of the grievance. Within fifteen school days after receiving the de- cision of the Office of Employee Engagement, the grievant may then appeal the decision of said office to the Chief Executive Officer, by requesting, in writing, a meeting with the Office of Employee En- gagement, acting as the representative of the Chief Executive Officer. Copies of the grievance and the decision shall accompany the appeal forwarded to the Office of Employee Engagement.

  • Order Processing Any order by you for the purchase of shares of the respective Funds through us shall be accepted at the time when it is received by us (or any clearing house agency that we may designate from time to time), and at the offering and sale price next determined, unless rejected by us or the respective Funds. In addition to the right to reject any order, the Funds have reserved the right to withhold shares from sale temporarily or permanently. We will not accept any order from you that is placed on a conditional basis or subject to any delay or contingency prior to execution.   • Transaction Processing All orders are subject to acceptance by us and by the Fund or its transfer agent, and become effective only upon confirmation by us. If required by law, each transaction shall be confirmed in writing on a fully disclosed basis and if confirmed by us, a copy of each confirmation shall be sent to you if you so request. All sales are made subject to receipt of shares by us from the Funds.
