Initial Payments. Except as otherwise provided, on or before thirty (30) calendar days after the Final Settlement Date, the Settlement Administrator shall deduct all Initial Payments from the Settlement Fund and deliver them to the appropriate individuals or entities entitled to them, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Court’s Final Approval Order and Judgment.
