Initial Notes. The Notes initially shall be issued in the form of one or more Global Notes that shall be deposited with the Trustee at its Corporate Trust Office, as custodian for the Depositary and registered in the name of DTC or the nominee thereof (DTC, or any successor thereto, and any such nominee being hereinafter referred to as the “Depositary”), duly executed by the Company and authenticated by the Trustee as hereinafter provided.
