Common use of Initial Meeting Clause in Contracts

Initial Meeting. If a Renegotiation Notice is given, the Doctors of BC and the Government will meet, no later than June 1, 2021, and commence negotiations to renegotiate all or any of the provisions of this Agreement and the Physician Master Subsidiary Agreements.
