Common use of Initial Loans Clause in Contracts

Initial Loans. Prior to or concurrent with the making of the initial Loans, the Administrative Agent shall have received all of the following, each, except to the extent otherwise specified below, duly executed by a Responsible Officer, dated the date of the initial Loans (or such earlier date as shall be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent), in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, and each in sufficient number of signed counterparts or copies to provide one for each Bank and the Administrative Agent:
