Initial Contract Term. The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.
Initial Contract Term. The period of employment pursuant to the Prior Agreement began on January 1, 2008 (the “Commencement Date”) and shall extend through December 31, 2010 (the “Initial Contract Term”), unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 5 or extended as provided in this Section 2. The calendar year beginning January 1, 2008 and each calendar year thereafter during the Contract Term is sometimes herein referred to as a “Contract Year”.
