Common use of Initial Consideration Clause in Contracts

Initial Consideration. In consideration of RE/MAX JAPAN entering into this Agreement and granting the rights hereunder, Regional Franchisee shall pay RE/MAX JAPAN an initial fee in the amount of Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand Japanese Yen (JPN¥9,500,000.-) which sum is due and payable by bank wire transfer upon execution of this Agreement by Regional Franchisee.
