Common use of Initial Configuration Clause in Contracts

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer's Aircraft has been defined by Boeing Model 737-800 basic specification as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement.

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer's Model 737-900ER Aircraft (Aircraft) has been defined by Boeing Model 737-800 basic specification [***] (Aircraft Description) as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A A5 of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement.

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer's ’s Model 777-FREIGHTER Aircraft has been defined by Boeing Model 737-800 basic specification [***] as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of Agreement (the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter AgreementConfiguration).

The initial configuration of Customer's Model 737-85C Aircraft has been defined by Boeing Model 737-800 basic specification Detail Specification D019A001XIA38P-3 as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement.

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer's ’s 2016 737NG Aircraft has been defined by Boeing Model 737-800 basic specification 737-*** Detail Specification D019A001 Rev. T dated January 9, 2015 as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A A1 of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement.
