Common use of Initial Conference Clause in Contracts

Initial Conference. A. Within twenty (20) days after the Contract Times start to run, a conference by telephone or in person with OWNER, DESIGN/BUILDER and others as appropriate will be held to establish a working understanding among the parties as to the Work and to discuss the design concepts, schedules referred to in paragraph 2.03.A, processing Applications for Payment, maintaining required records, items required pursuant to paragraph 8.01.A.6 and other matters.
