Initial Compensation. The initial placement of an employee on the compensation schedule shall be determined by the Employer on the basis of the applicant’s education and experience.
Initial Compensation. As compensation for Director's entering into this Agreement and performing his services hereunder Company shall pay a director’s fee as set forth on Annex A hereto per month so long as Director is a member of the Board.

The initial placement of a teacher on the salary schedule, who was not a member of the bargaining unit during the prior work year, shall be determined by the Board in its discretion on the basis of such teacher's education and prior teaching experience and the Board may grant up to two (2) years of additional credit on the salary schedule for work experience related to the teacher's area of professional competence.
Initial Compensation. The School shall establish initial compensation for new employees. Such initial compensation shall not be less than the base rate of pay for the position classification or more than 10% above such base rate of pay. If the School shall deem it necessary or appropriate to exceed 10% above such base rate of pay, then the Union shall be given written notice thereof together with the reason for exceeding the customary range.

Client will pay to GPT the sum of $75,000 (the “Initial Cash Compensation”) and will issue to GPT 500,000 shares of common stock, having an agreed value of $350,000 (the “Initial Stock Compensation”).
