Initial Budget, Capital Plan, and Capital Adjustment. On or before the Operational Commencement Date or within twelve (12) months of the Effective Date, whichever first occurs, the Board shall establish an Initial Budget and an Initial CIWW Capital Plan to govern the period from the Effective Date to the expected Operational Commencement Date, and for the first fiscal year after the Operational Commencement Date. If the Initial CIWW Capital Plan and Initial Budget require additional capital plan indicate a need for an increase in the capital of CIWW to assure that CIWW is able to meet its financial obligations as they become due until commencement of operations and for the first fiscal year thereafter, then the Board shall increase the Initial Capital Contributions specified in Section 9 of Article I and Schedule I-9, and each Member Agency shall make the additional Initial Capital Contributions in accordance therewith, within thirty (30) days of the Board’s adoption of the Initial Budget and Initial CIWW Capital Plan.

  • CAPITAL PLAN (1) Within sixty (60) days, the Board shall develop, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to a three year capital program. The program shall include:

  • CAPITAL PLAN AND HIGHER MINIMUMS (1) The Bank shall achieve by March 31, 2005 and thereafter maintain the following capital levels (as defined in 12 C.F.R. Part 3):

  • Structural Adjustment 1. Exceptional measures of limited duration which derogate from the provisions of Article 4 may be taken by the Parties in the form of increased customs duties.

  • Member's Capital Accounts A Capital Account for the Member shall be maintained by the Company. The Member's Capital Account shall reflect the Member’s capital contributions and increases for any net income or gain of the Company. The Member’s Capital Account shall also reflect decreases for distributions made to the Member and the Member’s share of any losses and deductions of the Company.

  • Additional Capital Contributions No Member shall be required to make additional capital contributions. A Member may make additional capital contributions to the Company.

  • Gross Income Allocation If any Partner has a deficit Capital Account at the end of any Fiscal Year which is in excess of the sum of (i) the amount such Partner is obligated to restore, if any, pursuant to any provision of this Agreement, and (ii) the amount such Partner is deemed to be obligated to restore pursuant to the penultimate sentences of Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-2(g)(1) and 1.704-2(i)(5), each such Partner shall be specially allocated items of Partnership income and gain in the amount of such excess as quickly as possible; provided that an allocation pursuant to this Section 5.05(c) shall be made only if and to the extent that a Partner would have a deficit Capital Account in excess of such sum after all other allocations provided for in this Article V have been tentatively made as if Section 5.05(b) and this Section 5.05(c) were not in this Agreement.

  • Supervisory Differential Adjustment 99. The Appointing Officer may adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose schedule of compensation is set herein subject to the following conditions:

  • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. Base Rent, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Base Rent adjustments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.

  • Member Capital Contributions (Check One) ☐ - Single Member LLC: The Member may make such capital contributions (each a “Capital Contribution”) in such amounts and at such times as the Member shall determine. The Member shall not be obligated to make any Capital Contributions. The Member may take distributions of the capital from time to time in accordance with the limitations imposed by the Statutes. ☐ - Multi-Member LLC: Each Member has contributed the following capital amounts to the Company as set forth below and are not obligated to make any additional capital contributions: $ $ $ Members shall have no right to withdraw or reduce their contributions to the capital of the Company until the Company has been terminated unless otherwise set forth herein.   • EQUITY ADJUSTMENTS The parties subscribe to the principle of equal pay for work of equal value. The parties will continue to move towards the mutual goal of the Community Social Services Sector achieving the objectives set out in Sections A(1), (2) and (3) above, as follows:
