Inherent Risks. User understands that accessing improved and unimproved real property, including resource extraction areas and wilderness areas, and performing the activities listed in the Permit (“activity”) have inherent risks, both known and unanticipated. User understands that such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of this activity, as these are inherent risks associated with participation in the activity. Safety gear may prevent or lessen injuries in some instances; however, use of safety gear is not a guarantee of safety and injury may still occur. User specifically acknowledges that the inherent risks associated with this activity could result in PHYSICAL INJURY, DEATH, SERIOUS NECK AND SPINAL INJURIES, PARALYSIS, EMOTIONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGE, to the User or others, and understand that these risks include but are not limited to risks from the following non-exhaustive list: Falling, crashing, hitting objects such as the ground, rocks, trees, roots. The conditions of roads, trails, waterways, or terrain, and accidents connected with their use, including falling debris, rock falls, unstable cliff edges and erosion, and avalanche danger. Poor decision making by Eklutna, myself or third-parties. The actions or omissions of User; the actions or omissions of other participants in the activity or other users of Eklutna land; and the actions or omissions of Eklutna. Inclement or changing weather, including without limitation high winds, rain, hail, snow and lightning. Hazardous contact or interactions with plants or animals, including but not limited to poisonous or stinging plants, or being threatened or injured by domestic or wild animals. The physical condition of the User. Misuse or defects, both hidden and apparent, in equipment. Fatigue, chill and/or dizziness, which may diminish reaction time and increase the risk of accident. Heat related injuries and illnesses, including but not limited to, heat exhaustion, sunstroke, and dehydration. Travel, including hiking and the travel to or from the activity. The inaccessibility or remoteness of terrain, which may delay rescue and/or medical treatment and that User’s injuries (including broken body parts) may be aggravated and worsened by being hurt in a remote location. The distance of this activity's location from medical or emergency facilities. Receiving emergency medical services or emergency transport from Eklutna or other third parties.

Inherent Risks. I acknowledge that any water related activity such as rafting, tubing, canoeing or kayaking entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand and acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of adventure and water activities is derived in part from inherent risks incurred by activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or in my normal day to day activities and that these inherent risks contribute to my enjoyment and excitement and are an integral reason for my participation in this activity. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. I also understand and acknowledge that failing to use or properly use safety type equipment (such as life jackets) increases my risk of injury or of not surviving an accident or incident while doing a water related activity. The inherent risks associated with the activity in which I am about to participate include, but are not limited to: encountering whitewater rapids and changing water flows and the possibility that I will be jolted, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, bounced, thrown to and fro and shaken about during rides through some of these rapids or changing water flows; it is possible that I could be injured if I come in contact with food boxes, oars/paddles, other storage containers, or other fixed equipment necessary to the operation or outfitting of the raft, tube, canoe or kayak; I recognize there are foot cups or foot holds in watercraft which may assist in stabilizing or holding myself or others in the watercraft but which may present an increased risk of knee, ankle or other injury as a result of restricted movement; the water craft may break down or be faulty; it is possible that loss of control of the raft, tube, canoe or kayak could occur resulting in collision or capsizing or sinking and that if a boat turns over or flips I could be "washed" overboard; boats are slippery when wet and are naturally unstable so that I could slip and fall or be knocked out of the raft, tube, canoe or kayak even in flat or non-moving water; while in the water I may become disoriented, panicked and/or experience trauma from rocks, boulders, etc; I can slip or fall during hiking or portaging or getting to and from the boat and I understand that the areas in which I might hike sometimes hide dangerous obstacles such as tree ▇▇▇▇▇, tree stumps, creeks, rocks and b...

Inherent Risks. I understand and acknowledge that participation as a volunteer in the Westminster Free Clinic (the “Activity”), does by its very nature, pose the potential risk of serious injury, including psychological injury, illness or death. These risks include but are not limited to, the following: i. Verbal abuse or physical attack by patients ii. Communicable disease

Inherent Risks. It is important that each PARTICIPANT and each PARENT/GUARDIAN of each MINOR PARTICIPANT understand that the ROCKIN’ JUMP ACTIVITIES include some know as well as unknown INHERENT RISKS of injury. These INHERENT RISKS are risks that cannot be eliminated without changing the very nature of the activity. The following are some examples of INHERENT RISKS associated with the ROCKIN’ JUMP ACTIVITIES and facilities: Collisions with equipment of other participants; Attempting stunts, maneuvers or actions beyond the participant’s capacity, skill or ability; Being struck by a ball or other thrown object; Slipping or tripping and falling; Loss of grip or swinging on the climbing wall; Jumping and striking poles or nets, basketball rims, etc.; Jumping off the pad surface and landing on a hard surface; Entrapping foot under equipment padding; Unexpected equipment failures; Missing or misplaced padding or mats; Over-exertion; Communicable diseases; or Poor judgment or erratic behavior by the participant, other participants, or ROCKIN’ JUMP personnel.

Inherent Risks. I understand that the raft trip and associated activity I am about to engage in as a participant and/or volunteer bear inherent risks, both known and unanticipated. I understand that such risks cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of this activity. These risks could result in PHYSICAL INJURY, DEATH, PARALYSIS, EMOTIONAL INJURY, OR OTHER DAMAGE, to myself, my property, or third parties. I understand that these risks include but are not limited to risks from: • My own physical condition. • My own actions or omissions; the actions or omissions of other participants in this activity; and the actions or omissions of NRA-DPS. • Defects, both hidden and apparent, in equipment supplied or operated by NRA-DPS. • The operation, including misuse, of equipment supplied by NRA-DPS. • The dangers of rafting on cold glacial rivers and moving water, including but not limited to: drowning; hypothermia; the risk that the raft may flip or I may fall out of the raft; the risk that I may be in the water for extended periods of time; and the presence of submerged or floating debris in the water (such as railroad cars, rocks, logs, ice, downed trees, “sweepers,” and “strainers”), standing waves, hydraulics such as “holes”, whirlpools, or any other types of river rapids. • The dangers of being hit or struck by an oar, paddle, or another individual or object. • Changing water conditions, including increased risk exposures due to high water levels. • Inclement or changing weather, including without limitation high winds, rain, snow and lightning. • Hazardous contact or interactions with plants or wild animals. • The conditions of roads, trails, waterways, or terrain, and accidents connected with their use. • Accidents and injuries occurring while: walking to or from the rafts, being transported by passenger vehicle and/or aircraft to or from raft launching and landing locations, loading passengers in and out of the rafts, loading passengers in and out of passenger transport vehicles, launching or landing rafts from the riverbank, loading and unloading rafts into or from raft trailers. • The inaccessibility or remoteness of terrain, which may delay rescue and/or medical treatment. • The distance of this activity's location from medical or emergency facilities. • Receiving emergency medical services or emergency transport from NRA-DPS or other third parties.

Inherent Risks. I have full knowledge of the nature and extent of the risks inherent in the use of the Gym and all equipment and facilities located within the Gym, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury and death. I understand that no staff, instructors, safety monitors or any other personnel of any kind will be provided to watch over my safety.

Inherent Risks. You accept and acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with utilizing an Internet-based service including, but not limited to, the risk of failure of hardware, software and Internet connections, the risk of malicious software introduction, data loss, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorized access to your User Content or Account.

I specifically acknowledge that the inherent risks associated with rock climbing, renting climbing equipment, and climbing indoors using artificial surfaces include, but are not limited to: falling off of the climbing wall; being fallen on or impacted by other participants; poor or improper belaying; being jolted, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, bounced, or shaken while climbing or belaying; entanglement in ropes; impacting the ground and/or climbing wall; loose, dropped, or damaged ropes, holds, or other objects; equipment failure; improperly maintained equipment, including rental equipment; displaced pads or safety equipment; belay, anchor, or harness failure; general slips/trips/falls or painful crashes while using any of the facilities

Inherent Risks. Owner is aware that there are inherent risks and hazards involved in activities with and around dogs, and Owner enters into this Agreement voluntarily accepting all potential risks. Owner is aware that any dog, regardless of training, handling, or environmental circumstances is capable of biting. Owner expressly acknowledges such risks and agrees to assume all liability associated with any such occurrences. Moreover, Owner ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to defend and indemnify ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ against any and all claims arising out of or connected with the services provided under this Agreement.
