INHERENT DANGER the LESSEE understands and agrees that craft and their operation is an inherently dangerous activity. The LESSEE certifies that he/she understands the rules and regulations for the operation of crafts. The LESSEE further agrees not to let anyone else operate this craft without likewise instruction on the rules and regulations for safe operation of the craft.

INHERENT DANGER. Lessee understands and agrees that craft and its operation is an inherently dangerous activity. Lessee certifies that he/she understands the rules and regulations for the safe operation of craft. Lessee further agrees not to let anyone else operate the Craft without prior knowledge and written permission from Lessor and likewise instruction on the rules and regulations for safe operation of a craft. MINIMUM AGE: Lessee shall provide evidence that he/she is at least twenty-one years of age. HEALTH OF LESSEE: Lessee certifies that he/she is in good health, has no physical defects that may be of danger to themselves or anyone else and that he/she is capable of safe operation of the Craft. Furthermore, Lessee certifies that he/she is NOT under the influence of alcohol or drugs (legal or otherwise) and will remain so during the Rental Period.

INHERENT DANGER. The LESSEE understands and agrees that crafts and their operation as well as use of equipment is an inherently dangerous activity. Some of the risks include, but are not limited to: collision, allision, falling overboard, drowning, hypothermia, broken bones, bruises, propeller strike, loss of limbs, paralysis, and death, among others. The LESSEE certifies that LESSEE understands the rules and regulations for the safe operation of crafts and related equipment. The LESSEE further agrees not to let anyone else operate this craft or the equipment except as provided by this Rental Agreement. Accordingly, LESSEE, including all additional lessee(s), assumes the risk of injury, death, illness or other loss, and agrees that in no event is LESSOR liable.

  • Mold The Resident acknowledges that to avoid mold growth it is important to prevent excessive moisture buildup and agrees to remove visible moisture accumulation as soon as it occurs and immediately report to Owner any evidence of excess moisture or mold or mildew inside the Home. Resident acknowledges receipt of the “Mold Information and Prevention Addendum”, which is fully executed and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Inherently Religious Activities Grantee may not use grant funding to engage in inherently religious activities, such as proselytizing, scripture study, or worship. Grantees may engage in inherently religious activities; however, these activities must be separate in time or location from the grant- funded program.   • Dangerous Goods, Special Wastes, Pesticides and Harmful Substances Where employees are required to work with or are exposed to any dangerous good, special waste, pesticide or harmful substance, the Employer shall ensure that the employees are adequately trained in the identification, safe handling, use, storage, and/or disposal of same.

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.

  • Complexity Intermediate professional level role. Provides data warehouse architectural design, development and support in multi-platform environments. Works on multiple projects as a team member and may lead projects of moderate complexity. May coach more junior technical staff.

  • Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.
