Ingress/Egress, Fencing. As part of the TCE, OWNERS shall permit and allow DISTRICT, its agents and/or contractors to enter upon the TCE on OWNERS’ Property during the Term as identified in Section 1, above. At least 72 hours’ advance written notice will be given before any entry on the TCE by DISTRICT. DISTRICT shall have the further right to erect and maintain temporary fencing and gates to enclose the TCE Area, as necessary, and shall remove such fencing and gates at the end of the term of this Agreement. OWNERS agree that the TCE Area shall remain clear and unobstructed during the term of this contract. The TCE becomes valid upon acceptance of this Agreement by DISTRICT and payment of the consideration as set forth in Clause 2 above.
