Infrastructure Facilities. Contractor shall perform all services related to the Infrastructure Facilities in accordance with the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit 2.2.2.

Lessee shall have the right to use such enhanced facilities unless they are within an Excluded Area. Lessee shall reasonably cooperate with Lessor’s reasonable requests to trim limbs or branches of any trees in an agriculturally sound manner, to the extent deemed necessary or appropriate by Lessor to assure effective and safe use of any such enhancements or developments; provided, however, that Lessee shall not be required to undertake any such action except at Lessor’s expense; and provided, further, that Lessee shall only be required to cooperate with such requests from Lessor during the months of January and February.
