Informational Meetings. Informational meetings will be held to insure that Educational Support Professionals will receive information to make an informed decision about whether or not they wish to apply based on their training and/or experience with the new model.
Informational Meetings. A coordinator designated by Licensor shall meet with a coordinator designated by Licensee once each quarter (the “Informational Meetings”) to discuss any planned Co-Produced Content, Acquired Other Content, Acquired Completed Novelas, Co-Produced Local Novelas and Univision Local Novelas and any Script exchanges or divestitures, in each case, if any, of which notice has not been previously given at prior Informational Meetings. At such meeting Licensor, subject to legal or third party contractual confidentiality restrictions, will provide information reasonably available to Univision Group regarding such planned Co-Produced Content, Acquired Other Content, Acquired Completed Novelas, Co-Produced Local Novelas and Univision Local Novelas or Script exchanges or divestitures, including: (i) a reasonably detailed description of such Audiovisual Content or Script; (ii) the identity of the third party producer, co-producer or owner (as applicable) with respect to such Audiovisual Content or Script; and (iii) any other information required to be provided with respect to any such Audiovisual Content or Script under this Section 2.

Informational Meetings. XXX may summon THE CONTRACTOR to informational meetings at any time during the duration of this Agreement.
Informational Meetings. Transferor and Transferee each agree to hold meetings with the other party at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to review and discuss the status of this Agreement and the Refinancing. Such meetings shall be held at the corporate headquarters of Transferor or Transferee or by telephone, as agreed to by the parties.

(A) As a means of fostering better communications and cooperation between management and the Union, monthly meetings will be held between the City management team and the Union executive board not to exceed five (5) members of the executive board at any one meeting. The Manager shall hold informational meetings with the Members and the Advisor to review and discuss the Company's activities and business upon ten (10) Business Days' prior written notice by any Member. The Fund may, but shall not be obligated to, attend informational meetings that are attended by the Advisor. Such meetings shall be held at a mutually convenient time at the New York City offices of LXP or the Fund unless the Members otherwise agree. LXP, the Fund and the Advisor may each designate any number of representatives to attend such meetings.
Informational Meetings. In support of participation in the Plan, the Employer will cooperate with the Plan's Administrator (or its designee) and record keeper with respect to informational meetings for eligible employees (Plan participants ).

The General Partner agrees to hold meetings with PREI and DDRC at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to review and discuss the status of Eligible Investments, Approved Investments, Venture activities and other Program matters. Such meetings shall be held at the corporate headquarters of PREI unless PREI otherwise agrees. PREI and DDRC may designate any one or more representatives to attend such meetings.
