Information to Union. Information to Union. The Employer, when forwarding Union deductions, shall also provide to the Union on a monthly basis the following information:
Information to Union. The District will provide to the Union from time to time, upon request, the names and mailing addresses of current members of the bargaining unit, as on file. This information is for the exclusive use of the Union.

Information to Union. The Employer agrees to supply full and complete information to the Union as may be required to ensure the proper operation of this Article.
Information to Union. Upon reasonable written request to the Executive Director of Human Resources, the School shall provide the Union with access to available public, nonconfidential information which relates directly to the Union’s function as the exclusive bargaining representative for the employees covered by this Agreement and which is not otherwise exempt from disclosure under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, the Illinois Personal Records Act, or other applicable state or federal law, rule, or regulation. In addition, the School shall notify the Union at an address designated by the Union in writing of the following personnel transactions involving bargaining unit employees: new hires, promotions, layoffs, unpaid leaves, returns from unpaid leaves, suspensions, discharges, transfers, terminations, and addition/deletion of class specification or series. Seniority lists shall be provided in accordance with Article XVIII (Seniority), hereof.
Information to Union. A list of names, status, classification, work location, department, home addresses, salaries and/or wage rates, full-time equivalency, hire date, date in class, and unique employee identification numbers of all employees in the bargaining unit and their individual deductions (both dues and PEOPLE) shall be remitted monthly to the Union at the email address designated by the Union. The information shall be provided in electronic form.
Information to Union. The Employer shall provide the Union in a format acceptable to the Union the name, address, telephone number(s), email address (if provided by the employee), classification and wage rate of all newly hired employees, within two (2) weeks of the date of hiring.
Information to Union. The Board shall make available to the Union any and all public information, statistics, and records which are relevant to negotiations, or necessary for the processing of a grievance, or the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement, to the extent to which such material is readily available or is reasonably obtainable. Such material shall be provided to the Union within a reasonable time, ordinarily not more than ten (10) days, following a written request by the Union President or his designee. Furthermore, the Academic Policy Manual and the Personnel Manual, as they exist at the time of signing this Agreement, and all emendations to them during the life of this Agreement shall be furnished to the Union at the time of distribution. Copies of confidential professional memoranda and correspondence from attorneys and similar advisors shall not be furnished to the Union, unless and until, they have been made public documents by Board action.
Information to Union. 11.1 In addition to the information specifically stipulated in this Collective Agreement, the Employer shall, on a monthly basis, send the Union a file electronically containing the following information for all Employees: - Employee’s name - Gender - Date of birth - Employee ID - Job title - Employment status - Component - Department - City - Start date - End date - Reason for termination of employment - Seniority - Classification - Salary anniversary date - Current salary - Amount of additional remuneration - Nature of additional remuneration - Temporary upgrades of four (4) weeks or more - Cross-unit assignments - Amount of Union dues - Position number - Primary or secondary assignment - Employees absent for the entire month, including the reason for their absence (maternity leave, paternity leave, adoption leave, short-term disability for the entire month, long-term disability, other absences) - Staffing percentage of the position (part-time) - Date of enrolment in the Pension Plan - Language of correspondence - Eliminated positions - Vacant positions
