INDG shall supply the Guild and the Unit Chairperson with an electronic list containing the following information for all employees in the unit as of the effective date of this contract and every six (6) months thereafter: Name, address, date of birth, classification and salary, INDG section, sex, and race.

Information to the Guild. A. The Company agrees to notify the Union, in writing, within two weeks after the employment of any Employee hired under the terms of this Agreement as to the name, last four digits of their social security number, employment start date, job title, compensation, company email address and personal email address to the extent maintained by the Company.
Information to the Guild. 1. Within fourteen (14) days after a new employee is hired, the Employer will notify the Guild of the employee’s name, address, date of birth, hire date, classification, experience rating, employee number, race and sex. Social security numbers will be provided upon request to the Guild as necessary for the administration of benefits such as pensions or retiree insurance and for fulfilling representational responsibilities.

On a monthly basis, the Employer shall supply the Guild with a list containing the following information for each employee: name, address, date of birth; contact info including work email, personal email, cell phone, and home address; hire date; job title and job descriptions; race (self identified); gender (self identified); LGBTQ+ status (self identified); salary, including the breakdown for any commission or bonus arrangements, or other forms of compensation; any merit increases granted by name of the employee, individual amount, resulting new salary, and effective date; salary changes by reason thereof, and effective dates; resignations, retirements, deaths; and other revisions in data from the prior month.

  • Information to the Union 16-5.1 The Board shall make available to the Union upon request and with reasonable time to respond any reasonable information, statistics, and records which are relevant to negotiations, grievances, or necessary for the proper and legitimate enforcement of the terms of this Agreement.
