Information to Lenders. The Administrative Agent shall periodically deliver to the Revolving Lenders information setting forth the Stated Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit. Other than as set forth in this subsection, the Administrative Agent shall have no duty to notify the Revolving Lenders regarding the issuance or other matters regarding Letters of Credit issued hereunder. The failure of the Administrative Agent to perform its requirements under this subsection shall not relieve any Revolving Lender from its obligations under Section 2.4(j).
