Common use of Information to Be Provided by the Seller Clause in Contracts

Information to Be Provided by the Seller. In connection with any Securitization Transaction the Seller shall (i) within five (5) Business Days following request by the Purchaser or any Depositor, provide to the Purchaser and such Depositor (or, as applicable, cause each Third-Party Originator and each Subservicer to provide), in writing reasonably required for compliance with Regulation AB, (i) the information and materials specified in paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (g) of this Subsection, and (ii) as promptly as practicable following notice to or discovery by the Seller, provide to the Purchaser and any Depositor (as required under Regulation AB) the information specified in paragraph (d) of this Subsection.

In connection with any Securitization Transaction the Seller shall (i) within five (5) Business Days following request by the Purchaser or any Depositor, provide to the Purchaser and such Depositor (or, as applicable, or cause each Third-Party Originator and each Subservicer to provide), in writing and in form and substance reasonably required for compliance with Regulation ABsatisfactory to the Purchaser and such Depositor, (i) the information and materials specified in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (f) and (g) of this SubsectionSection, provided that the Seller shall not be required to provide such information and materials if Regulation AB does not require such information and materials and (ii) as promptly as practicable following notice to or discovery by the Seller, provide to the Purchaser and any Depositor (as required under Regulation ABin writing and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser and such Depositor) the information specified in paragraph (div) of this SubsectionSection.
