Information to Association. ‌ Upon written request from the Association President or his/her designee, the Board shall make available to the Association information and reports which are prepared for public distribution. Nothing herein shall require the Board and/or the Administration to conduct any research and/or assemble special documents for the Association. In addition, the Board shall provide the Association President with on-line access and/or electronic copies of the tentative and the approved minutes of all Board meetings as soon as they are posted (except minutes of closed meetings which have not been cleared for public display). The Board also agrees to furnish to the Association available information concerning the financial resources of the District.

Information to Association a. The County agrees to provide the Association annually during the month of January, a complete updated listing of the name, classification and department of assignment of all employees designated in the Unit. Upon the request of the Association, the County also agrees to provide on a monthly basis, a copy of the monthly status report which will include that information that is required by law. (Currently includes a list of members, employee identification number, department, classification, hire date and home address – unless such information is deemed confidential by law). In the event of a layoff in classes represented by the Association, the Association shall be provided with a copy of the resulting reemployment list(s).
Information to Association. Upon reasonable request, the Board will provide the Association with available information necessary to permit the Association to develop proposals for negotiations, as well as information necessary to investigate grievances arising out of this Agreement. A copy of the Board agenda and approved minutes shall be delivered to the Association president by interschool mail when such are released to the public. As soon as possible, but no later than October 1 of any school year, the Board shall provide the Association with a list of all Unit II members, which shall include their names and building assignments. The Association agrees that the use of such lists shall be restricted to communicating Association-related programs and activities and further agrees that such lists will not be sold or otherwise made available to others.
Information to Association. The Board shall make available to the Association upon its reasonable request and within a reasonable time thereafter, information concerning the professional staffing and financial resources of the institution, including but not limited to the current: annual financial reports and audits; registry of professional personnel; the Adopted Budget with all budgetary requirements and allocations; agendas and minutes of all Board meetings, and all attachments thereto at the time of distribution to the Board; treasurer's reports; names, addresses and position on salary schedule of all faculty; and other public information necessary for negotiation and enforcement of the collective bargaining agreement. It is understood that this shall not be construed to require the Board to compile information and statistics in the form requested not already compiled in that form, unless mutually agreed.

The Association agrees to pay the cost of duplicating any such information if extra copies are not available. The Board shall not be required to collect or collate any data or information, nor furnish any requested information more than once.
