Common use of Information Supplied by Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Information Supplied by Underwriters. The first sentence of the last paragraph on the front cover page of the Supplement, the third paragraph under the heading “Method of Distribution” in the Supplement and the fifth paragraph on the cover page of the Supplement (the “Underwriter Information”) constitute the only information furnished by the Underwriters to the Sponsor and the Depositor for the purposes of Sections 2(B), 8(A) and 8(B) hereof. Each Underwriter confirms that the Underwriter Information relating to it is correct as of the date of the Prospectus Supplement.
