Information Sessions. Quarterly, while the Landfill is in operation, Green Ridge shall meet with the Board of Supervisors or their representative(s) to discuss the landfill operations; all issues, concerns, or non-compliance reports; complaints and their resolution; and other items as requested by the County. Green Ridge staff shall meet with the Landfill Liaison as frequently as necessary for the Landfill Liaison to perform the duties assigned, but no less frequently than once each calendar week.

By May 1, 2015, and by October 1, 2015 and annually thereafter during the course of the monitoring, the Law School will continue to offer a series of information sessions to all students so that they arc aware of the Law School's prohibition against sex discrimination (including sexual harassment, sexual assault, and sexual violence); how to recognize snch sex diserimination when it occurs; and how and with whom to report any incidents of sex discrimination. In addition, the sessions will cover the New Law School Procedures and/or, as applicable, the Interim Policy and Procedures, as well as a general overview of Title IX, the rights it confers on students, the resourees available to students who believe that they have been subjected to sexual harassment, sexual assault, and sexual violence, and the existence of OCR and its authority to enforce Title IX. In addition, the sessions will cover the University’s sexual misconduct/Title IX grievance procedures; as well as a general overview of Title IX, the rights it confers on students, the resources available to students who have experienced sexual misconduct), including access to the Sexual Harassment/Assault Advising, Resources, & Education, and interim remedies during the course of an investigation), and the existence of OCR and its authority to enforce Title IX. These sessions may be provided as part of the existing annual student orientation for new and returning students, and existing annual residence life orientation for students residing in campus housing. Reporting Requirement: By October 15, 2015, and by the same date in 2016 and 2017, the University will provide documentation to OCR demonstrating implementation of Action Item E (1) above; including a description of each information session and the dates that the information sessions were held.
