Common use of Information Services Traffic Clause in Contracts

Information Services Traffic. The following provisions shall apply only to ANTC-originated Information Services Traffic directed to an information services platform connected to BA’s network. At such time as ANTC connects Information Services platforms to its network, the Parties shall agree upon a comparable arrangement for BA-originated Information Services Traffic.

At such time as ANTC ETC connects Information Services platforms to its network, the Parties shall agree upon a comparable suitable arrangement for BA-originated Information Services Traffic.
