Common use of Information Rights Clause in Contracts

Information Rights. So long as the Holder holds this Warrant and/or any of the Shares, the Company shall deliver to the Holder (a) promptly after mailing, copies of all notices or other written communications to the shareholders of the Company, and (b) such financial reports as are generally distributed to the holders of Series E Preferred Stock (or other securities otherwise issuable upon exercise of this Warrant) of the Company concurrently with the distribution thereof to such shareholders.

Information Rights. So long as the Holder holds this Warrant and/or any of the Shares, the Company shall deliver to the Holder (a) promptly after mailing, copies of all notices or other written communications it would be entitled to the shareholders of the Company, and (b) such financial reports as are generally distributed to the holders of Series E Preferred Stock (or other securities otherwise issuable upon exercise of this Warrant) of the Company concurrently with the distribution thereof to such shareholderswere it a shareholder.

Information Rights. So long as the Holder holds this Warrant and/or any of the SharesWarrant, the Company shall deliver to the Holder (a) promptly after mailing, copies of all notices or other written communications to the shareholders of the Company, and (b) such financial reports as are generally distributed to the holders of Series E Preferred Stock (or other securities otherwise issuable promptly upon exercise of this Warrant) of their availability, all publicly available filings made by the Company concurrently with the distribution thereof to such shareholdersSecurities Exchange Commission.
