Information Regarding Borrower and Guarantors. Prompt written notice (and in any event within five (5) Business Days subsequent thereto) of any change in any Credit Party’s corporate name, in the location of any Credit Party’s chief executive office, in the Credit Party’s identity or corporate, limited liability company or partnership structure or in the jurisdiction in which such Person is incorporated or formed, in the Credit Party’s jurisdiction of organization or such Person’s organizational identification number in such jurisdiction of organization, and in the Credit Party’s federal taxpayer identification number.
