Information Quality. 1. Each Party recognizes the need to base regulations upon information that is reliable and of high quality. To that end, each Party should adopt or maintain publicly available guidance or mechanisms that encourage its regulatory authorities when developing a regulation to:
Information Quality. If it becomes apparent over a period of time that the estimates of the changes do not reasonably reflect the actual changes, then the representatives will meet to discuss the relevant data with a view to improving the accuracy of such estimates in future. If reasonably requested by NGN, the DFO will use its reasonable endeavours to co-operate in the provision of additional information to NGN regarding DFN changes in any analysis of the balancing of the System.

Without this any decision made on the information may be flawed and inappropriate actions may result. Partner Organisations are expected to ensure that the Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data that it holds is processed in accordance with DPA principles: this includes ensuring that the Data is accurate, complete and up-to-date and is not kept any longer than is necessary.
Information Quality. The Data Discloser will ensure Personal Information is accurate and that it has appropriate internal procedures in place for the Data Receiver to sample the Personal Information and it will update it if required prior to transferring the Personal Information.

Information Quality. 2.1 The quality assurance checks applied to the shared information by the Data Controller are: Statement required from Provider… CHCP CIC as Joint Data Controller: Ongoing compliance to information sharing, data protection and data security requirements will be monitored via: Contract Review meetings; and/or Submission of Quality Dashboard Reports; and/or The requirement of the Provider to immediately report data security breaches and information governance incidents to CHCP CIC. Partners receiving shared information are responsible for applying relevant quality assurance before using the information. If information is found to be inaccurate, it is the responsibility of the partner discovering the inaccuracy to notify the Data Controller. The Data Controller will ensure that the source data is corrected and will notify all recipients, who will be responsible for updating the information they hold.
Information Quality. The Council is committed to ensuring that the data it processes adheres to the Council’s Data Quality Policy. It is the responsibility of the Children’s Centre manager to ensure they adhere to these ‘quality’ standards. The Children’s Centre Manager is responsible for ensuring that data inputted on to the eStart system is accurate and up-to-date; the Children’s Services – EIP, will undertake ad hoc audits throughout the year to ensure data integrity and quality. The Children’s Services – EIP, is responsible for monitoring the data integrity of information input onto eStart; this will be done through regular audits of the system as identified in the Children’s Centre Management Information System, Framework.

Similarly, if it becomes apparent over a period of time that the reasons provided by National Grid Gas on a TFA do not provide the CSO with sufficient detail in order to submit a revised TFA, then representatives will meet to discuss the relevant information with a view to providing reasons that do provide the CSO with sufficient detail.

If reasonably requested by National Grid Gas, IUK will use reasonable endeavours to co- operate in the provision of additional information to National Grid Gas regarding DFN and/or OPN changes to assist in any analysis of the balancing of the National Grid Gas System. Similarly, if it becomes apparent over a period of time that the reasons provided by National Grid Gas on a TFA or OFA do not provide IUK with sufficient detail in order to submit a revised OPN, then representatives will meet to discuss the relevant information with a view to providing reasons that do provide IUK with sufficient detail.
