Information Provided to Association. The Board, through the Director of Employee Relations shall provide, upon lawful request from the Association, information concerning school finance and budgeting and any additional information concerning the terms and articles of this contract. The Board agrees to make available to any employee or to the Association information available that is designated by statutes as public information.

Information Provided to Association a. On a quarterly basis (March, June, September, and December), the City will provide to the exclusive bargaining representative a digital file via email to an email address designated by the union or association as applicable. The City will provide the following information with respect to employees represented by a particular exclusive bargaining representative, to the extent the City has it on file: • Name. • Job Title. • Department. • Work Location. • Home telephone number. • Home address. • Personal cellular telephone number. • Work telephone number. • Personal email addresses on file with the City. The City's existing employee database does not maintain personal cell phone numbers, personal cell phone numbers or personal email addresses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, limited to the express purpose of the requirements of Government Code section 3558 only, an employee may opt out via written request to the City (below), with copy sent to applicable exclusive bargaining representative, to direct the City to withhold disclosure of the employee's home address, home telephone number, personal cellular telephone number, and personal email address.
Information Provided to Association. The Employer shall provide the local Association President a copy of the Board approved minutes.
Information Provided to Association. At least once each month the Employer shall notify the Association in writing of the following personnel transactions involving bargaining unit employees: new hires, which shall include the home address and starting salary; terminations; layoffs; leaves of absence; returns from leaves or layoffs; suspensions; discharges; promotions and demotions. Such information shall be only for the reason of the administration of this Agreement. In addition, the Employer shall furnish the Association every six months the current seniority rosters as provided for in Article V, Seniority, Section 3, Seniority Lists. In all transactions listed above, employees’ Social Security numbers shall be provided. The Association shall upon request receive such information on computer disks, where available, from the Department of Central Management Services.
