Information Provided by Owner. The Owner shall furnish surveys describing physical characteristics of the site, and utility locations. Information or services requested by the Contractor and under the Owner's control shall be promptly supplied to the Contractor in order to promote orderly progress of the Work. Such information and services will be provided to the Contractor free, unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents. The Owner will furnish the Contractor, free of charge, a maximum of ten sets of Construction Documents. The Owner disclaims any responsibility for information not expressly set forth in the plans or specifications. Therefore, the Owner shall not be responsible for archived information or other information that may be in the Owner's possession or control, but which has not been utilized by the Project Architect and expressly contained, depicted, or otherwise expressly set forth in the Contract Documents.

Information Provided by Owner. The CMTISP shall indicate to the Owner the information needed for rendering of services hereunder, and the Owner shall provide to the CMTISP such information as is available to Owner.
Information Provided by Owner. The City of Fernandina Beach shall make available to the ENGINEER all technical data in the City of Fernandina Beach's possession, including previous studies, analytical data, maps, surveys, borings, and other information required by the ENGINEER. Information Provided by Owner. Pursuant to Section 5(a)(7) of the Xxxxxxx Drainage District Guidelines and Criteria for granting tax abatement, Owner shall annually furnish information necessary for District’s evaluation of Owner’s compliance with the terms and conditions of this tax abatement agreement and the Xxxxxxx Drainage District Guidelines and Criteria (in the form of an annual report/statement of compliance to be mailed to the District on or within sixty (60) days of each January 1 of each year of the tax abatement contract term).
