Common use of Information Packages Clause in Contracts

Information Packages. Each Party (i) shall provide to the other Party (in the format reasonably determined by the other Party) all information and assistance requested by the other Party as reasonably necessary to prepare any Tax Return described in Section 3.01 on a timely basis consistent with the current practices of J&J and its Subsidiaries in preparing Tax Returns and (ii) in so providing such information and assistance, shall use any systems and third-party service providers as are consistent with the current practices of J&J and its Subsidiaries in preparing Tax Returns.
