Common use of Information on the Company Clause in Contracts

Information on the Company. Seller has been furnished with or has had access to such information and materials concerning the Company as have been requested by Seller. In addition, Seller may have received in writing from the Company such other information concerning its operations, financial condition, prospects and other matters as Seller has requested in writing (such other information is collectively the “Other Written Information”) and considered all factors Seller deems material in deciding on the advisability of acquiring the Shares.
