INFORMATION OF THIRD PARTIES. 11.1 The Executive hereby acknowledges that the Company has received and may continue to receive from third parties confidential or proprietary information. The Executive agrees to keep in strict confidence all of such confidential or proprietary information in his/her possession and to refrain from using or disclosing to any individual, entity or company such confidential or proprietary information, except that such use or disclosure is in compliance with the agreement between the Company and such third party and is necessary for the performance of relevant work on behalf of the Company.
INFORMATION OF THIRD PARTIES. Demandware will support xxxxxxxxxx.xx in complying with information obligations towards individuals regarding the collection, processing and use of personal data pertaining to such individual and with any other filing or notification requirements in respect of the Services under applicable data protection laws, in particular by providing the required information upon xxxxxxxxxx.xx’s request.

Information which is received by one of the Parties from a third party and that is necessary for the execution of the Project, will be shared with the other Parties in the Project, excluding the case that confidentiality obligations of this Party towards this third party is preventing this. Employee represents and warrants that neither the performance of his or her obligations hereunder nor the performance of his or her employment duties to the Company will breach the terms of any contract or agreement to which Employee is a party, including, without limitation: (i) any agreement to keep in confidence the confidential or proprietary information of any prior employer of Employee or (ii) any non-competition obligation. Employee shall not, during the term of his or her employment with the Company or thereafter, disclose to the Company or otherwise use in an unauthorized manner any confidential or proprietary information of any third party, including any prior employer of Employee.
INFORMATION OF THIRD PARTIES. Licensee shall not communicate or otherwise disclose to SriyamSoft, during the term of this Agreement, confidential or proprietary information of any third party.

INFORMATION OF THIRD PARTIES. Director agrees not to improperly use or disclose to the Company any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or current employer or other person or entity with which Director has an agreement or duty to keep such information in confidence.
INFORMATION OF THIRD PARTIES. Subject to Section 6.13, no later than seven (7) days from Effective Date NPS shall inform relevant Third Parties (including Xxxxxx, Ypsomed and Boehringer Ingelheim) that Nycomed is intended to take over manufacturing responsibilities in relation to the Product, Drug Substance and Device for the Territory and shall permit each such relevant Third Party to have direct contact with Nycomed and disclose confidential information to Nycomed.

Executive will not, during Executive’s employment with the Company or otherwise in connection therewith, use, disclose or bring onto the premises of the Company, any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former or concurrent employer or other person or entity, unless consented to in writing by such employer, person or entity. Executive acknowledges that Confidential Information which is received from, or relates to, third parties may be subject to certain limitations which the Company has undertaken towards the applicable third party, or which otherwise bind the Company pursuant to applicable law. With respect to any such Confidential Information, Executive shall comply with the terms of this Undertaking and, if brought to the attention of Executive, the terms of the Company’s undertaking towards the applicable third party, as well as any other obligation which binds the Company pursuant to applicable law.
