Reporting of Unauthorized Disclosure The Contractor shall immediately report to the State any unauthorized disclosure of confidential information.
WHO WILL BE MADE AWARE OF THE INFORMATION DISCLOSED ON THE SPR AND ANY UPDATES? The information disclosed on the SPR and any updates will be a public record as defined by Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, and therefore may be inspected by any interested person. Also, the information will be made available to the Mayor and the BCC members. This information will accompany the other information for the principal’s project or item.
UPDATING AND DISCLOSING FINANCIAL INFORMATION You will provide facts to update information contained in Your original Account application or other financial information related to You, at Our request. You also agree that We may, from time to time, as We deem necessary, make inquiries pertaining to Your employment, credit standing and financial responsibility in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You further agree that We may give information about the status and payment history of Your Account to consumer credit reporting agencies, a prospective employer or insurer, or a state or federal licensing agency having any apparent legitimate business need for such information.

INFORMATION OF THE PARTIES Information of the Company The Company is a company established in the PRC in 1984 and converted into a joint stock limited company on 28 September 2015. The principal business of the Company includes providing comprehensive leasing services to high-quality customers in industries including aviation, infrastructure, shipping, vehicle and construction machinery, new energy, and high-end equipment. Information of the Asset Transferor The Asset Transferor is a state-owned enterprise incorporated in the PRC on 11 April 2016 and located in Guangdong Province, the PRC, which is mainly engaged in the businesses of finance lease, etc. LISTING RULES IMPLICATIONS According to Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, as the highest applicable percentage ratio of the transaction under the Asset Transfer Agreement is higher than 5% but lower than 25%, the transaction constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company and is subject to the announcement requirement but is exempt from the shareholders’ approval requirement under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
Information Exchange As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, the Parties shall exchange information regarding the design and compatibility of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities and compatibility of the Interconnection Facilities with the Participating TO’s Transmission System, and shall work diligently and in good faith to make any necessary design changes.
Information Provided You have not provided and will not provide to the purchasers of Shares any written or oral information regarding the business of the Company, including any representations regarding the Company’s financial condition or financial prospects, other than such information as is contained in the Prospectus. Other Confidential Consumer Information Party agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to and uses of personal information relating to any beneficiary or recipient of goods, services or other forms of support. Party further agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute and other regulations respecting the right to individual privacy. Party shall ensure that all of its employees, subcontractors and other service providers performing services under this agreement understand and preserve the sensitive, confidential and non-public nature of information to which they may have access.
