Client further acknowledges and agrees that Cerner has not represented its System as having the ability to diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, or perform any other tasks that constitute the practice of medicine or of other professional or academic disciplines. In addition, all Content has been developed and reviewed by Cerner based upon published data and the experiences of qualified professionals whenever possible; however, it is Client’s responsibility to validate all Content against its standard operating procedures, and all federal, state and local regulations. Cerner shall not be responsible for any errors, misstatements, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Content delivered to Client, although every effort has been made to ensure its quality and accuracy. Client assumes all risk for selection and use of the Content. Client acknowledges that Cerner: (a) has no control of or responsibility for the Client’s use of the Content, (b) has no knowledge of the specific or unique circumstances under which the Content provided may be used by the Client, and (c) has no liability to any person or entity for any change made to or data or information added to the Content by the Client or any party other than Cerner.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.
