Information from Shareholders. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligations of the Company to take any action pursuant to this Section 1 with respect to the Registrable Securities of the Shareholders that the Shareholders shall furnish to the Company such information regarding themselves, the Registrable Securities held by them, and the intended method of disposition of such securities, as shall be required to effect the registration of the Registrable Securities.

Information from Shareholders. Each Shareholder that holds shares covered by any registration statement will furnish to the Company such information regarding itself as is required to be included in the registration statement or prospectus, the ownership of shares by such Shareholder and the proposed distribution by such Shareholder of such shares as the Company may from time to time reasonably request in writing.
Information from Shareholders. The holders of Shares or other securities of the Trust shall, upon demand, disclose to the Trustees in writing such information with respect to direct and indirect ownership of Shares or other Securities of the Trust, as the Trustees reasonably deem necessary, to comply with the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, or to comply with the requirements of any other taxing authority.
