Information visible in Volvo Connect will be available to the Customer in accordance with the following: (a) Positioning data for one (1) year; (b) Positioning+ data for 100 days; (c) Downloaded digital tachograph data for (at least) five (5) years; and (d) Fuel and Environment report data on an aggregated level for five (5) years; (e) Safety Service report data on an aggregated for five (5) years , (f) Asset allerts for 90 days (g) messaging data for 180 days

Shareholder acknowledges that he has had access to information respecting' the reorganization of Group, including a summary of the overall transaction, and have been given the opportunity and has been encouraged to ask any questions and receive additional information that they consider relevant in making a decision to accept this Agreement.

Neither Recipient nor its Representatives shall disclose to any person the fact that the Information has been made available to or by it, that Recipient has inspected any portion of the Information, or that any discussions concerning the Property are taking, or may take, place between the Parties, without the prior written consent of Owner. The term “person” as used in this Agreement shall be broadly interpreted to include, without limitation, any individual natural person or any legal entity, including but not limited to, any corporation, limited liability company, limited or general partnership, business trust or other such entity. Compelled Disclosure. Recipient will advise Owner immediately upon becoming aware that Recipient or any of the Recipient Representatives are threatened with subpoena or other legal compulsion to disclose any of the Information and Recipient shall cooperate as Owner may reasonably request in resisting any such compulsion. If Recipient is legally compelled to make such disclosure, Recipient shall furnish only that portion of the Information that Recipient is advised by counsel that Recipient is legally required to disclose and shall reasonably cooperate with Owner if Owner requests a protective order or other reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be afforded the Information. If this Section is complied with by Recipient, such legally compelled disclosure shall not be a breach of the confidentiality requirements of this Agreement.
